Remember that information should be received into East cliff (address on the application form) by this date! If you deliver it to the district then the application will not be considered until the next round.

YOUNG people aged 11-19 from the Hyndburn area had the chance to quiz their county councillors at a recent event in Accrington Town Hall, organised by Lancashire County Council.

Medals at world karate championships

Members of Accrington shotokan karate club have just returned from the jska world karate championships which were held at the Manchester velodrome. They were over 600 competitors from 34 countries so the standard was very high with some of the worlds best fighters attending.
